- Sleep at least 8-9 hours a day.
- Never sleep late in the night.
- Always follow balanced diet.
- Use fresh potato slice on your eyes for 10-15 minutes. You can also choose fresh cucumber for eye pack.
- Before going to bed at night, give massage to your eyes with olive oil in circular motion.
- Drink 8-10 glass of water per day.
- Have you noticed some wrinkles around your eyes then also apply moisturiser around your eyes. But it should not enter in your eyes.
- Always take care of you eye sights. Some times due to less vision we suffer from dark circles.
- Don't take tensions.
